Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Demand Survey Application Form Haryana

Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Demand Survey Forms are accepting by state Government of Haryana for Citizens. Intersested applicants who are fitting in the slab of PMAY Haryana can fill for the scheme through local body office. From 1^st to 15 July 2017, any citizen of the state who elgibile to get benefit by PM Awas Yojana Survey can submit application form. In the state people of Rohtak, Karnal, Faridabad, Panipat, Rewari, Sonipat, Amabala, Mewat, Palwal, Bhiwani, Jind, Hisar, Sirsa, Panchkula and other district can apply.

Elgibilty Criteria

Applicants looking to fill Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Demand Survey Form can check eligibility below.

• Scheme is For families of economically weaker sections (EWS), lower income group (LIG), middle class (1), and middle class (2)


• Beneficiary must have Aadhar card and bank account


• There is no permanent house in the name of a beneficiary or any member of his family in any part of the country.


• In the past, you have not availed any government housing scheme


• Beneficiary should be a resident of the state of Haryana and city from beginning of the scheme from 17-06-2015 or State Govt. Employee or working in industrial unit or company registered with labour welfare board of Haryana.


• Citizens living in unauthorized colony are not elgible to get benefit of PMAY Demand Survey Haryana

How do PMAY Haryana Application Form Fill?

• If elgibile than visit local development department office.


• Get information about PM Awas Yojana Forms details and process to submit from officer available.


• Applicants get Demand survey form by the department officials in the ward itself or the department office.


• Fill the application form with proper details.


• And Submit it to local authority

Note: You will not charge any cost for submitting PMAY Demand Survey Form as it is free of cost. If any officer/ authority person ask you for any fees you can report about it.

Documents Required

• As identity card Aadhaar Card or bank account will be accepted.


• For resident proof telephone bill/ voter card/ electricity bill/  ration card/ passport/ pension book any other Govt. authorized proof.


• Announcement on plain paper about family annual income and eligibility


• Your new photo


• Details of existing plot or construction or expansion by local draftsman or architet.
