The state government has announced to provide free laptops to students coming from the poor family background. TamilNadu Free laptop Scheme has around Rs. 890 crore for the completion of the project. At an event, Kanikanadan Minister for Information Technology of the state Tamilnadu has distributed around 163 laptops to students of Mohamed Sathak Polytechnic College at Kilakarai.

On the occasion he also informed around 33 lakh Free laptops in Tamilnadu has been distributed in the past 5 year. He said Tamilnadu has been the one of the first state in the country to launch such type of scheme.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAYG) Assam: Now Narendra Modi Awas Yojana will going to provide more than 50,000 shelter to the poor people of Assam. Initially, the scheme was announced only for 9 cities and now it has been broaden up to 97 cities across the North-Eastern state Assam.

Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Assam Gramin, financial assistance of 1.3 lakh will be given to provide for poor people to build pucca houses.

Chief Minister informed that the eligible applicants will be selected on the basis of Census 2011 that kept to be completely transparent. Under PM Gramin Awas Yojana, 50,000 houses will be soon going to start constructed in the rural area of the state.

Note: the main highlight of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin Assam is that the helping money will be directly transferred to the accounts of the beneficiaries.

Pradhan Mantri Rozgar Protsahan Yojana - New EPF Scheme for Employers

Pradhan Mantri Rozgar Protsahan Yojana 2017: EPFO on Friday has organized a workshop to promote the precious scheme. In the event, EFPO Commissioner SK Sangma said that to promote new jobs for all the new employees 8.33 percent money would deposit as EPF for next three years.

Under the scheme, the new employment providers will get the benefit from the government of India. The benefit of the employment scheme can be availed till March 31^st.

The promotion will only be applied to those employees whose monthly income is 15000 or less Pradhan Mantri Rozgar Protsahan Yojana (PMRPY) 2017. This scheme is only applied to new employees or for those who did not work earlier in the similar organization.

Companies related to clothing sector will get a benefit of up to 12 percent and the scheme will continue for next three years.  Under PM Rozgar Protsahan Yojana, only 20 new employees can be only applied for incentives.

• Click on “Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana 2015”.


• Now a window will open with details of all housing scheme. Select your choice.


• For filling online application, register with your mobile number and create a password.


• An OTP will come on eneter mobile number. Enter OTP in the asked box.


• After that fill personal information including Name, Aadhar Number, Father/Husband Name, D.OB, Income Source and others.


• Then you will be asked to enter details of annual income.


• Select your category of applying (SC, SC, Army Person, Handicapped etc.)


• Then Enter Bank details including Account Number, Bank Branch and IFSC code.


• Upload Photo and image of Identity proof( Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID etc.). Maximum Size of photo 100kb and 1MB for identity proof.


• Click on Submit Button. Before Final Submit cross check details.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rajnandgaon Chhattisgarh for BPL/LIG/EWS

Under the PM Awas Yojana scheme housing for all by central government, goverment is planning to build houses in Rajnandgaon Chhattisgarh. Applications are received by the municipal corporation till 28 January. The people can get benefit who is under Below Poverty Line (BPL), and in Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Low Income Group (LIG) and who have not more than 6 lakh income per year.

The central government will start work soon for Rajnandgaon Chhattisgarh state under PM Awas Yojana scheme. The houses are provided by the government at affordable prices for poor or economical week people.

The beneficiaries have to follow these conditions to get benefit of this scheme:-

• They have registered in census 2011


• They have at least two ID proof like aadharcard or voter ID


• They have not more than 6 lakh income per year


• They have not pucca house in state or country

Centre government will provide house for all under the scheme of PM Awas Yojana till 2022 over the country.

CHB New Housing Scheme 2017 for 263 Flats Allotment

CHB New Scheme 2017 for the allotment affordable flats has been announced by the Chandigarh Housing Board. Application forms for this new housing scheme 2017 has been started from 31st January and the last date for CHB housing Scheme 2017 has been set as 28^th February 2017.

A total of 263 affordable flats has been going to allotted under the scheme. Chandigarh Housing Board Forms for this scheme will be submitted offline through banks. Also the scheme is only for Outsees Quota that means people whose land been acquired by government Act of acquisition from 31 October 2007.

Under CHB New Housing Scheme 2017, 1BHK flats are only available for LIG and EWS section of the society. While out of total 263 flats, 102 2BHK flats and 27 3BHK flats are available under the project.

• Bank Branches Selling Chandigarh Housing Board Application Form are State Bank of India branches at Sector-9, HDFC Bank branches at Sector-9D, Sector-17, 21, 15C, 40D, and Sector-35 and State Bank of Patiala at Sector-8

Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana Rajasthan - 1065 Construction Soon

Rajasthan Government has now revealed its plans of Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana Rajasthan and announced to build a total of 1065 flats located near to Ghumti. Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana registration will going to start soon under the new housing scheme in Rajasthan.

With this new Awas Yojana, the government is targeting to provide flats for LIG and EWS section of the society at affordable rates. For LIG section of the society a total of 688 houses will be constructed with a cost of 3.50 Lakh and Rs. 6.5 Lakh.  And the people of Rajasthan have annual income below Rs. 6.0 lakh are eligible to apply for EWS Flats in Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana.

While the rest of 368 flats are for EWS section of the society and annual income limit for EWS peoples is Rs. 1.5 lakh per annum.

Also the official informed that Rajasthan Government has made some new change in the policy to attract more developer for better and fast completion of affordable housing scheme in Rajasthan. The government is also aiming to provide housing to all EWS and LIG section of Rajasthan as soon possible.

Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana Rajasthan application submission will be going to start soon within next two days for 1065 flats located near to Ghumti.

New Gramin Awas Yojana Approved by PM Narendra Modi

Keeping the promise of “Ache Din”, PM Narendra Modi has approved a new Gramin Awas Yojana on 24^th January 2017 just before republic day. Under the scheme, people of rural India who do not have Pakka Makan or house need renovation will get financial help from the government.

Note that this new rural housing scheme will not covered in the ongoing Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

The Subsidiary of Reserve Bank, National Housing Bank will implement the upcoming rural housing scheme. Under the project, the poor or needy people who take a loan of 2 lakh from the bank will get the subsidy of 3 percent.

Modi government's new Gramin Awas Yojana will not applicable for those who have already taken the benefits of PM Awas Yojana- Gramin.

GDA Koyal Enclave Housing Scheme Completion in 2018

Under Samajwadi Awas Yojana, GDA (Ghaziabad Development Authority) is going to build around 1029 houses in two and a half years in Koyal Enclave Ghaziabad. In the completion of this new affordable housing scheme, a total cost of 65 crore is expected. In this GDA new housing scheme, a total of 1029 flats are going to build out of which 350 are 1BK and the remaining flats are 2BHK.

This is the first scheme of GDA in Koyal Enclave Colony located close to Delhi. This housing unit project was started in the year 2016 March. In GDA Samajwadi Awas Yojana, only 1029 flat vacancy is available a number of applicants applied were more. So GDA Draw result has been done by the authority to select successful applicants.

Later 222 applicants have surrendered their registrations for this ongoing Koyal Enclave Colony Scheme. Authorities have said the location of this affordable housing scheme near to Delhi is a big attraction for people.

This GDA Samajwadi Awas Yojna is set to complete in September 2018. In Koyal Enclave GDA Ghaziabad scheme a total of 1029 flats will get in total 3-acre land, as well as plans to build 12-storey tower.

Varishtha Pension Bima Yojana 2017 (VPBY) Approved by PM Modi

Keeping the flow to help old age people of the state PM Narendra Modi has approved a new pension scheme. The name of new programme is Varishtha Pension Bima Yojana 2017 (VPBY) that has a main goal to social help for the Vridha people of the country who are of 60 and more age. GRAVIT Yojana - Haryana Govt. to Setup Team of 60,000 Volunteers

Under GRAVIT Yojana, Govt. of Haryana has declared to set up a team of 60,000 youth of the state. The main objective of the “Gramin Vikas ke liye Tarun (GRAVIT) Shikshit se Saksham ki Ore” is to provide the maximum advantage of the scheme to people of the state.

Under the scheme, the government will be looking to provide better facilities for skill development training of the poor people of the state. The goal of government with a newly launched skill training program is the growth of people living in both rural and urban area of the state.

Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar has said that the reason for launching the program is the better progress and empowerment of the rural Haryana. He also added that only fully educated and capable person’s will be selected as Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) for presenting the Shikshit se Saksham ki Ore Yojana.

This skill development scheme is much similar or you may say works on the principles of the Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana or DAY that was launched by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Much like Indian government Antyodaya Yojana, Haryana’s GRAVIT Yojana also aims to decrease poverty in the state through various Skill Upgradation or Skill Development training for self-business.

State CM also wished the success to transform the Gramin Haryana with co-work of 60,000 PRIs representatives along with the prepared team of 60,000 Youth Under the GRAVIT Scheme.

Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS) UDAN will Start From February

Regional Connectivity Scheme UDAN is going to launch in the month of February 2017. Initially, the flights under UDAN (Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagarik) Scheme will start from Ludhiana, Shimla, Pant Nagar, and Kucbihar including 43 other less in use airports.

Later on small and large towns having airports which are in use, in less use and not in use will get connected with Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS).

States Agree with UDAN Scheme

Minister of Aviation, Jayant Sinha said till the date a total of 15 states across the state have signed MU to get connected with RCS UDAN Scheme. The states the signed MU with central government are Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Assam.

Under Regional Connectivity Scheme UDAN, the government will provide assistance in landing and parking fees along with the discount of fuel for airlines. So far under the scheme 43 initial proposals have been received for 190 routes from 11 airlines.

In response to these airlines have asked for a counter offer until February. After till 3rd February allotment of the routes will be done. The government will provide allocation under Regional Connectivity Scheme UDAN to those airlines that will ask for least help.

The first flights under UDAN (Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagarik) will go to start from February 2017 onwards. At present Maharashtra have a total of 19 Airports that are not in use.

Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) of PMAY-Urban Jammu Reviewed

Vipra Bahl, MD of Jammu & Kashmir, Housing Board has reviewed the progress of Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY)-Housing for All (Urban). In the meeting banker’s have been asked to show the process of sanction, because the process under CLSS of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban has been very slow in the state.

Under Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme, till now just 10% target have been achieved in a long term of three quarters. The authorities responsible for implementing Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Jammu & Kashmir have raised some issues about the plot/land documentation and other formalities.

In the meeting of MD Housing Board J&K with JUDA/ UDAK and DUDA, (CNAs)-HUDCO and National Housing Bank, and Private PSUs Banks. Under CLSS of PM Awas Yojana Jammu, for providing affordable houses to the poor people of the state DUDA will re-verify the eligibility and construction so the sanction process of the houses under PMAY-U Jammu become more easy.

It was decided in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) if the property has been on the name of the Male beneficiary, his wife name should be included as joint holder or co-applicant after making necessary changes.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin Balaghat - 6554 Houses to be Built

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin Balaghat

The government will going to construct approx 6554 affordable homes under Pradhan mantri Awas Yojana- Gramin Balaghat. Under Housing For All Gramin 2022 scheme, the people who have not home in present and also provide 1.60 lakh for the people who lived in kachha makan to self construct their home on own land. The schemes are under PMAY Gramin.

The government will also provide 12000 rupee for toilet and 18000 rupee for labor charge to construct house under the scheme of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin Balaghat.

Only those people can get benefit of this scheme who has already registered in census list 2011. People don’t worry those who have not registered. First registered in census 2011 and submit an application in panchayat with one copy of Aadhar card and voter ID card.

Beneficiaries will get three installation of amount to construct their dream house share with bank account under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin. First two installations will be same amount of 40,000 rupee and the third is of 50,000 rupee.
