Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Hathras - 1288 Houses Approved

The Central Govt. of India has approved 1288 houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Hathras Uttra Pradesh. In the first phase, the government will construct a total of 370 houses for poor people of the district under PM Awas Yojana (PMAY) Hathras.

Out of 1288 beneficiaries selected by the central government 214 beneficiaries are from schedule caste, 39 from general categories and 117 beneficiaries from the minorities Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for affordable houses.

Earlier in 2015, PM Awas Yojana was launched by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi with an aim to provide houses for all by 2022. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is also named as Housing for all 2022 Scheme. Under the Awas Yojana, the central government will going to provide houses to poor people of the country at affordable interest rates.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is basically beneficial people of the country that belong to Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Low Income Group (LIG) and Below Poverty Line (BPL). Since after the announcement of the ambitious scheme, the central government is working rapidly to construct houses by 2022 (Housing For All 2022).

Under PMAY, to the beneficiaries will get an amount Rs.1.2 Lakh for construction the houses by the central government. Also Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Hathras Uttar Pradesh, UP government has already shortlisted the 370 people who are getting houses in the first phase.
