Eligibility Criteria for Baxawala Yojana 2017:
- Applicant age should not be more than 18 years.
- He/She should be a resident of Rajasthan.
- Applicants and his/her dependent should not have any house on their name in Rajasthan.
- Applicants must not exceed the limit of Rs. 10,000/- monthly income limit.
- Applicant must have a bank account which would be active in the period of the scheme.

How to Apply:
Online Application form of JDA Jaipur Baxawala Yojana 2017 can be filled through official website of JDA at www.jda.urban.rajasthan.gov.in. After online application form has been completed, payment or registration amount will get paid Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.

Also, the applicants may go for E-Mitra Seva for filling online application of JDA New Housing Scheme 2017. In the case of E-Mitra Seva, the online application form will get submitted with Rs. 10,000 registration amount along with extra Rs. 200. Also, E-Mitra is charging Rs. 45 for JDA Baxawala Scheme form filling.

Applicants will have to fill all the details accurately and correctly like applicants information, bank details like name in the bank account, bank name branches named, IFSC code, address, and Identity Card etc.
JDA Jaipur Baxawala Yojana 2017 housing units result would be done through a process of the lottery draw.
