Swabhimaan Awas Yojana by Supertech Supporting PM Awas Yojana

Supertech has introduced affordable housing scheme dubbed as Swabhimaan Awas Yojana. This new affordable housing project is support towards Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana that aims to provide Housing to All by 2022. Swabhimaan Awas Yojana registration for the booking houses unit under the Housing Yojana 2017.

Through Swabhimaan Awas Yojana Supertech is providing multiple flats/ houses under the affordable housing scheme 2017 including 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK apartment for sale.   Locations for Swabhimaan Awas Yojana at five different places including Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway, Noida and Gurugram or Gurgaon.

In this Private Awas Yojana, housing units will be available with 90 percent loan facility. Same type of loan facility is being provided by Central Government for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Floor plan size ranging from 500 square feet to 1195 square feet for 1BHK to 4BHK units.

Swabhimaan Awas Yojana Housing Units are available at minimal price of Rs. 9.9 lakh at Yamuna Expressway project and Gurgaon project for Rs. 35.5 lacs. Migsun, Mahagun, Supertech and Ajnara are also initiating with central government under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Housing For All 2022.
