GDA Koyal Enclave Housing Scheme Completion in 2018

Under Samajwadi Awas Yojana, GDA (Ghaziabad Development Authority) is going to build around 1029 houses in two and a half years in Koyal Enclave Ghaziabad. In the completion of this new affordable housing scheme, a total cost of 65 crore is expected. In this GDA new housing scheme, a total of 1029 flats are going to build out of which 350 are 1BK and the remaining flats are 2BHK.

This is the first scheme of GDA in Koyal Enclave Colony located close to Delhi. This housing unit project was started in the year 2016 March. In GDA Samajwadi Awas Yojana, only 1029 flat vacancy is available a number of applicants applied were more. So GDA Draw result has been done by the authority to select successful applicants.

Later 222 applicants have surrendered their registrations for this ongoing Koyal Enclave Colony Scheme. Authorities have said the location of this affordable housing scheme near to Delhi is a big attraction for people.

This GDA Samajwadi Awas Yojna is set to complete in September 2018. In Koyal Enclave GDA Ghaziabad scheme a total of 1029 flats will get in total 3-acre land, as well as plans to build 12-storey tower.
