Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY-U) Raipur - Land at Rs. 1

Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY-U) Raipur, Revenue Department of Chhattisgarh will allot the land at Rs. 1 per sq. feet for the construction of the houses. In PM Awas Yojana Raipur, the authorities will construct houses Housing of all 2022 in Urban Areas.

The state authorities will provide houses to 6 lakh people Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Raipur. The house as per PM Awas Yojana Raipur will get constructed completely with an estimated cost Rs. 7219 crore.

On the event, the officials also showcased houses model to be built in the state under PMAY Rural. The state government also confirmed that around 6 lakh houses Housing for all 2022 will get constructed in rural areas of Chhattisgarh.

was informed in the meeting that in three years, nearly six lakh families in rural areas of the State will be benefitted under PMAY. The Government has set the target of constructing nearly 5.76 lakh houses at the cost of 7219 crore under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Raipur.

Official also confirmed that 36 cities from the state has been selected under PM Awas Yojana Raipur and that will going to be divided in 8 cluster. The new of land at Rs. 1 per sq under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Chhatisgarh is declared by Chief Minister Raman Singh at the Mantralaya to review PMAY (Rural).
