UPAVP Avadh Vihar Sharda Enclave Svattiv Poshit Yojana 2017

UP Awas Vikas Parishad launched a new housing scheme 2017 for the allotment of 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats. These flats are available in UPAVP Avadh Vihar Sharda Enclave Svattiv Poshit Yojana offering 1104 flats for allotment for application will start from 9 January 2017.

Of total, majority of 924 flats are under 2 BHK category, 288 for 1BHK Type A and and left out 192 flats are 1BHK Type B. The area of new housing scheme for 1BHK Type A flats is 29.85 square meter, 1BHK Type B have 39.75 has area and 2BHK have the largest of three 47.08 square meter area.

How to Apply

Income limit has not been set for UPAVP Sharda Enclave Svattiv Poshit Yojana all the interest applicants can apply for the scheme. UPAVP Avadh Vihar Yojana 2017 Form will be available on the following banks- UCO Bank, LDA Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, SBI branch Utretia Sector Nine Vrindavan Colony near to NKM Public School and Central Bank of India MG Marg Hazratganj.

Applications will be collected from the above banks and submitted to the same after filling details along with registration amount.
