If you are willing to apply PM Awas Yojana Online. Check the list mandatory document you need below.

• First Check you are eligible for PM Awas Yojana or not.


• You must have Aadhar Card for applying the scheme.


• Complete details of your family income or household income


• Details of existing house you are living in.


• Size of existing House (Carpet area in square meters)


• Details of your saving bank account

PMAY Online Application Procedure

STEP 1: Go to the PMAY-HFA(Urban) official website at pmaymis.gov.in and Click on “Citizen Application” menu, select one of the two options of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana application as given in screenshot.

You have to select from the options below

• For Slum Dwellers (If currently, you are living a Slum Area)


• Benefits under other 3 Components

STEP 2: Once you have clicked on desired option of PM Awas Yojana Online Application Form, then a new page open asking you for your Aadhar Card Number as shown below. Enter your Aadhar number correctly.

Step 3: After entering your Aadhar number click “Submit”, then a new page will open showing you online application of PM Awas Yojana as shown below in the image.

STEP 3: Enter all the details asked correctly including your Aadhar Number, personal details, current residential address, contact details, Bank Account details and income details in the application form.

STEP 4: Click the checkbox which says “I am aware of….”

Step 5: Enter the Captcha show on your Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Online Application form.

Step 6: Click the “Save” Button at the end of application form.

Step 7: After you click on “Save” a new screen will get opened showing your randomly generated application number. If you have a printer attached print it or else save in on your system.

STEP 5: Once you click “Save”, you will see a new screen where a system generated application number will be given to you, you can either print this directly if a printer is attached with your computer or save it for your future reference.

Your application is now complete. You can track status of PMAY application on the same website at pmaymis.gov.in.
