CHB New Housing Scheme 2017 for 263 Flats Allotment

CHB New Scheme 2017 for the allotment affordable flats has been announced by the Chandigarh Housing Board. Application forms for this new housing scheme 2017 has been started from 31st January and the last date for CHB housing Scheme 2017 has been set as 28^th February 2017.

A total of 263 affordable flats has been going to allotted under the scheme. Chandigarh Housing Board Forms for this scheme will be submitted offline through banks. Also the scheme is only for Outsees Quota that means people whose land been acquired by government Act of acquisition from 31 October 2007.

Under CHB New Housing Scheme 2017, 1BHK flats are only available for LIG and EWS section of the society. While out of total 263 flats, 102 2BHK flats and 27 3BHK flats are available under the project.

How to Apply

• CHB new scheme brochure cost is Rs. 2,000/-.


• Bank Branches Selling Chandigarh Housing Board Application Form are State Bank of India branches at Sector-9, HDFC Bank branches at Sector-9D, Sector-17, 21, 15C, 40D, and Sector-35 and State Bank of Patiala at Sector-8


• Completed application for will get submitted to the same bank along with amount of registration

CHB Scheme Sec-51 flats are also added to the 263 flats that are located on the various location of Chandigarh under CHB new scheme 2017.
