Under PMKSY (Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana Haryana), the government will give from 50% to 90% assistance to the farmers of the state. Under the meal scheme, the state govt. will offer healthy meals to poor residents of M.P at very low cost. The main objective to “Deendayal Canteens” meal scheme is to provide healthy quality and quantity of food to laborers, rikshaw pullers and other daily low wages employees.

Through Deendayal Canteens, the state government of Madhya Pradesh will offer healthy food to poor for just Rs. 10 and will be available as breakfast and lunch.

Going back, the state Govt. of Rajasthan has launched Annapurna Rasoi Yojana, in which Lunch is offered for Rs. 8 and Breakfast provided for Rs. 5. The Food under the Rajasthan Govt, the scheme will be made available via mobile vans.

GDA Flats Scheme 2016 Located at Champa Devi Park Gorakhpur

GDA (Gorakhpur Development Authority) announced to make 192 flat  in Eight Floor Awasiya Yojana at Champa Devi Park. Under this scheme GDA will allot 2BHK and 3BHK flats as per the draw result declared by the authority.

Under this housing scheme, all 192 flats will be constructed over the land of 2 acres over  Champa Devi Park. GDA also offers facilities like separate parking space, stilt area, 24 hours electricity and a lift facility.

At present officially the cost of the flats under the housing scheme has not been announced but we can expect as low as cost. Earlier, the project was submitted with 400 houses over seven floors, but the chairpersons have rejected the scheme at last moment.

BDA Bhubaneswar will Construct 2600 EWS Houses till April 2017

Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has announced to provide affordable houses to economical weaker section. Under the scheme houses will be constructed through Public-Private-Partnership model.

BDA has planned to construct a total of 2600 houses and housing project will be set up in Chandrasekharpur area of Bhubaneswar. Houses will be constructed on a total of 20.31 acres area and comes with facilities like power supply, drinking water supply, road network, solid waste management, street lights and drainage system.

The BDA housing scheme is located close to Lumbini Vihar, Buddha Jayanti Park and Just 12 KM from the Biju Pattnaik International Airport, 11 KM from the city railway station and 9 KM from the City Centre.

The development authority has issued the RFP (Request for Proposal) as per the Model-III of Policy for Housing for All in Urban Areas, Odisha, 2015. The project is an initiative towards the promotion of affordable housing across the state.

For EWS section, BDA Bhubaneswar has made a target of providing 10,000 houses by 2017 and the authority already had constructed 7000 of them.

Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana (PMGKY) 2016 – Full Details

After the failure of Income Declaration Scheme (IDS), under which a four-month window has been opened to declare income till 30 September 2016 and such people will need to make the payment for tax and penalty in three installments by September 30, 2017. The first installment of 25 per cent tax till being paid till November 2016.

Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana

But now Govt of India has launched Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana 2016, under which the rate is double at 50 percent and a quarter of the income decalred will be ceased for four year by the government.

The locked amount will be used in schemes of education, primary heath, housing, infrastructure, irrigation, toilets, and livelihood.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana, a person will have to make a declaration under following three steps.

1. Declaration about cash or deposits

After ban on old notes of 500/- and 1000/-, People have no choice ultimately they have to deposit at bank or post office. After depositing the money, a person will be able to take advantage of the scheme.

2. Pay taxes and make the deposit

After completing the deposit process, such people have to pay 30 per cent tax on income, 33 per cent surcharge on tax, 10 per cent penalty on income totaling to nearly 50 per cent of the declared income.

While under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Deposit Scheme 2016, money will be blocked for four years and interest will be paid on it accordingly.

3. Make the declaration along with payment, deposit proof

After completing above processes, such people will have to declare his income through a declaration to the Principal Commissioner or the Commissioner notified in the Official Gazette.

The amount of undisclosed income that will be declared under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana scheme shall not be included in the total income of the declarant for any assessment year under the Income-Tax Act.

Pashudhan Bima Yojana by Haryana Govt.

Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar launched Pashudhan Bima Yojana offering free insurance cover for the cattle breeders. This scheme launched by the Haryana Animal Husbandry and Dairy Minister, O.P. Dhankar in Jhajjar.

Under the scheme, free bima premium will be given on insurance of Rs. 100 for camels, bulls, cows, Buffaloes and Rs. 25 for pig, sheep and goat for 3 years. Also, SC/ST category can apply for Pashudhan Bima Yojana free of insurance cost.

In case, the cattle covered under Bima Yojana die, the cattle breeders get compensation from the insurance company. In the initial phase of Pashudhan Yojana, the state government of Haryana have planned to cover 1 lac cattle breeders under Pashudhan Bima Yojana.

The aim of the Insurance Scheme is to provide insurance cover to cattle breeders of the state at minimal rates. On 1 October 2016 the occasion of Golden Jubilee of Haryana Chief Minister announced that the beneficiary blocks and villages give half premium. This scheme is also eligible for other people of the state who have registered in government schemes.

Pradhan Mantri Ujjawala Yojana Barnala launched, state government of Punjab will distribute free LPG connections to BPL card holder families of the district. Under the scheme, the government will distribute 21,912 LPG connections to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) families of district. Government will provide free gas connections to Blue card holder under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Barnala.

Earlier, PM Narendra Modi has started Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) with the aim to provide the free Gas Connections to the women of BPL families. The women who does not have gas connection will get the benefit of the PM Yojana to avoid poisonous fuel like dung cakes, wood, kerosene etc

Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana Punjab – Free Gas Stoves to BPL Card Holder's

Under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana Punjab, State Govt is providing free Gas Stoves free and the central government is offering gas connections free of cost to the BPL families. Earlier, the central government is providing free gas cylinder to the Schedule cast (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST) and all reserve categories.

Taking a step forward, central government’s Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY), Punjab government is offering free gas stoves.

Union Minister of Food Processing, Ms. Harsimrat Kaur Badal thanked central Govt. for PM Yojana. She said that “it is really painful that in this modern age many women across the country still continue to face the adverse health effect by inhaling smoke emitted from burning fire wood. She said that many families of Punjab from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) were facing the health hazards until now as they had to cook food on traditional chullahs.”

She said free gas stoves under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana Punjab will be given on the name of the woman of the family. Ms. Badal also mentioned that out of every 85 Lakh household, 7 Lakh does not have LPG connection in the state. Those families will get free gas connection and free gas stoves under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana Punjab.
