Deendayal Canteens - Rs. 10 Meal Scheme Soon in M.P

Following the line of Annapurna Rasoi Yojana of Rajasthan Govt, now Madhya Pradesh is planned to launch a new program dubbed as “Deendayal Canteens” Scheme. The Madhya Pradesh Govt. is looking to launch “Deendayal Canteens” subsidized meal scheme by the Q1 of 2017.

Deendayal Canteens - New Meal Scheme

Under the meal scheme, the state govt. will offer healthy meals to poor residents of M.P at very low cost. The main objective to “Deendayal Canteens” meal scheme is to provide healthy quality and quantity of food to laborers, rikshaw pullers and other daily low wages employees.

Through Deendayal Canteens, the state government of Madhya Pradesh will offer healthy food to poor for just Rs. 10 and will be available as breakfast and lunch.

Going back, the state Govt. of Rajasthan has launched Annapurna Rasoi Yojana, in which Lunch is offered for Rs. 8 and Breakfast provided for Rs. 5. The Food under the Rajasthan Govt, the scheme will be made available via mobile vans.
