Shikshak Samman Yojana For Women Teachers in H.P

Shikshak Samman Yojana for women teacher of Himachal Pradesh has been launched by the Chief Minister of the State. Under Shikshak Yojana, the state govt. will provide a reward for the best women teacher in the state.

CM of Himachal Pradesh said “We are trying to develop youth skills of the state, we have upgraded 1,329 schools along with 42 new government college in rural areas for students,” at a function in Jawalamukhi which was organized by Government Teacher’s Association.

Also under the Shikshak Samman Yojana scheme, the govt. will spend a total of Rs 5 crore that will be used to make new collages and 1,177 teachers appointed for the posts in the state.

Earlier, Mukhya Mantri Shikshak Yojana has been also introduced in a function of Jawalamukhi of 2016 Budget. Under the scheme, the Trained Graduate teacher (TGT) association would get Rs 14,130, from the earlier paltry amount of Rs 6,950. Now Primary Teacher pay has been raised to Rs. 11,000 from the earlier income of 7,500 under Shikshak Samman Yojana.
