Madhubabu Ayeen Sahayata Yojana
The CM of Odisha launches Madhubabu Ayeen Sahayata Yojana to offer free of cost legal assistance at Panchayat level. The free legal assistance scheme was launched on 24th December 2016 by Odisha CM Mr. Naveen Patnaik.
At the launching event of Madhubabu Ayeen Sahayata Yojana he said that the scheme is especially dedicated to ground level people in every Panchayat of Odisha. The main objective of this Yojana is to make everyone aware of their rights.
How will Madhubabu Ayeen Sahayata Yojana Works
Under this Sarkari Yojana, an assistance cell called Madhubabu Ayeen Sahayata Kendra would be established in Panchayat office or Rajiv Gandhi Seba Kendra. On every Saturday of the week (means four days a week) classes (Sahayata Sibir ) will be done to settle legal disputes like afflicting poor, women, backward classes, old persons of villages.

For managing, Madhubabu Ayeen Sahayata Kendra law officials will get Rs. 500 paid and PEOs will get paid Rs. 150 on every single meeting. The State government of Odisha is aiming to provide the benefits of free legal assistance scheme to 8.30 lakh poor people across the state.
Besides Madhubabu Ayeen Sahayata Yojana the chief minister also announced 100 percent bonus for the Kendu leaf pluckers and facilitated 20 IT experts for their innovative ideas.
