Free Laptop Yojana Haryana - Eligible Students and Details

Free Laptop Yojana Haryana: Haryana state Govt. has announced Free Laptop Yojana to provide free laptops to the 500 meritorious students of the state. Under Free Laptop Yojana, Haryana govt. will provide to those students who scored more than 95% in the board exams of class 10^th.

The state government has announced that it will spend Rs. 50,000 on each laptop provided to 500 students. It means the laptops given to students under Haryana Free Laptop Yojana will cost Rs. 50,000 per laptop.

School Education Department has finalized a list of 235 students eligible for this Sarkari Yojana in 8 months. Now, the meritorious students of Haryana have a good opportunity to get good quality laptops under Free Laptop Yojana.

Eligible Students for Free Laptop Yojana Haryana

1. 100 top students of government schools who registered in the merit list of board.


2. Free Laptops to girls student who are belonging to general category.


3. Both boys and girls students who belong to Schedule Caste (SC) category.


4. students belongs to Below Poverty Line (BPL) families are also eligible for Free Laptop Yojana Haryana

Free Laptops under state merit scholarship scheme will be provided to both boys and girls belong to SC category, general category and BPL families. Haryana Govt. said it will start distributing free laptops to eligible students under Free Laptop Yojana Haryana within one week.

ML Kaushik, Director of Secondary Education Department said the department has found 97 boys and girls students who are eligible for free laptops in general category. A total of 10 boys and 17 girls of SC category which are eligible for Free Laptop Yojana Haryana. Department also find 20 students belong to BPL families.
