Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin Balaghat

The government will going to construct approx 6554 affordable homes under Pradhan mantri Awas Yojana- Gramin Balaghat. Under Housing For All Gramin 2022 scheme, the people who have not home in present and also provide 1.60 lakh for the people who lived in kachha makan to self construct their home on own land. The schemes are under PMAY Gramin.

The government will also provide 12000 rupee for toilet and 18000 rupee for labor charge to construct house under the scheme of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin Balaghat.

Only those people can get benefit of this scheme who has already registered in census list 2011. People don’t worry those who have not registered. First registered in census 2011 and submit an application in panchayat with one copy of Aadhar card and voter ID card.

Beneficiaries will get three installation of amount to construct their dream house share with bank account under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin. First two installations will be same amount of 40,000 rupee and the third is of 50,000 rupee.
