Samajwadi and Mukhyamantri Swastha Bima Yojana Health Cards Launched

State Government of Uttar Pradesh has rolled out Health Card under Samajwadi Swastha Bima Yojana, Mukhyamantri Swastha Bima Yojana, and Cashless treatment scheme. Health Cards under this Uttar Pradesh Yojana will be issued to employees and pensioners.

Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh had launched health card under Cashless treatment scheme, Mukhyamantri Swastha Bima Yojana, and Samajwadi Swastha Bima Yojana at his residence on 30^th December 2016.

Under the Samajwadi Swastha Bima Yojana and Mukhyamantri Swastha Bima Yojana U.P Govt. is offering health insurance at minimal insurance premium amount to state residents.
