DDA Housing Scheme 2017 will Launch in Early February

DDA (Delhi Development Authority) is going to launch much awaited DDA Housing Scheme 2017 for providing affordable houses to poor peoples of Delhi in February 2017.

For the people of LIG and MIG of society looking to purchase the affordable house in Delhi, DDA New Housing Scheme 2017 is the only available chance. And for the reason the DDA Flats Scheme are much awaited in Delhi.

Under DDA Housing Scheme 2017, Delhi Development Authority has planned to provide a total 13000 DDA flats across the capital of India. Earlier the scheme was going to launch in December 2016 but as a result of demonization, this DDA Flats 2016-17 scheme gets delayed.

1BHK flats are maximum to be provided under DDA housing scheme 2016-17 with a total number of 11,761. Out of these 1BHK flats, maximum flats are allotted during DDA housing scheme 2014 which was later surrendered by allottees due to the small size of flats.

DDA Registration Fee for MIG and HIG Flats is now hiked to Rs. 2 Lakh. Earlier it was said to hike till Rs. 5 Lakh

DDA Flats Registration fee for low income group (LIG) flats is Rs. 1 lakh.

DDA Housing Scheme Online Application Form

Unlike earlier plan of only DDA housing scheme Online Registration, Delhi Development Authority has now allowed both apply DDA housing Scheme Online and Offline.

Under the new affordable housing scheme, DDA is going to provide a grand total of 13,148 flats to people of Delhi at various location including Bindapur, Mukherjee Nagar, Narela, Rohini, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Dilshad Garden, Sarita Vihar, Jasola, Dwarka, Pitampura, Sukhdev Vihar,  Paschim Vihar, etc

DDA Flats Price 2017

DDA HIG flats price is between Rs. 41.62 lakh and Rs. 1.4 crore, only 79 HIG flats are planned under DDA new housing scheme 2017. DDA MIG Flats price

DDA MIG Flats price is between Rs. 30.23 lakh and Rs. 70.07 lakh, a total of 398 MIG Flats are going to be allotted under DDA flats 2017 scheme.

DDA Janta, or One BHK are priced between 11.67 lakh and Rs. 28.54 lakh, are maximum in number to be provided under DDA Janta Flats in Delhi scheme.

DDA has also announced in case, any applicant withdraws in the application before DDA lottery Daw of flats the whole amount will be given back to the applicant. While in the case of surrendering or canceling the flat after the allotment the registration amount will not be given back.
