HUDA Residential Plots e-Auction of Urban Estate Kurukshetra and Pehowa

Haryana Development Authority has announced the E-auction of Residential Plots at Urban Estate Kurukshetra and Pehowa. Registration of HUDA E-Auction begins of 15^th February and continues till 20^th Feb 2017.

HUDA Residential Plots e-Auction  at Kurukshetra and Pehowa will be set for 24^th March with beginning time at 9:00 AM and closing time at 2:00 AM. HUDA E-Auction Online web portal is selected as platform for the https://haryanaeprocurement.gov.in.

Housing site includes 1 Marla, 2 Marla, 3 Marla, 6 Marla and 10 Marla at Sector 2, 3, 4. 5, 8 and MTSIA.

How to Apply

Intending bidders will be required to sign-up and obtain user ID and password on the portal https://huda.haryanaeprocurement.gov.in.Submit the earnest Money Deposited (EMD)/ Security and 1,000/- towards non-refundable E-service fee for participation in the e-auction. Bidder will need to submit EMD/Security online through RTGS/NEFT/OTC and e-service fee online mode through debit card/net-banking.

While in case, bidder want to submit EMD/Security through offline mode. He/she need to draw a demand draft in the favor of below:

HUDA Plot Scheme 2016 Mahendergarh and Rohtak Last Date Extended

HUDA Plot scheme Mahendergarh and Rohtak 2017 Registration date has been now extended to 16^th March 2017. Now interested applicant failed to apply HUDA Mahendergarh and Rohtak plot scheme 2017 can submit their application till new last date.

Last year on 28^th December, registration of housing units in Mahendergarh and Rohtak starts under HUDA Scheme for 1 Kanal, 14 Marla, 10 Marla, 8 Marla, 6 Marla and 4 Marla size of plots.

Location for HUDA Scheme has been at Sector-21P Rohtak and Sector-9A, 10, 11, Mahendergarh. Under the scheme, a total of 459 residential plots were offered for which now last date of registration extended to 16^th March 2017.

Draw result date for HUDA Plot Scheme 2016 Mandi Township Hathin Haryana has been announced. Haryana Development Authority has set 6^th March as draw date for HUDA Hathin Mandi Township Scheme.

Authority has cleared the date of lottery result program with showing a notification on huda.gov.in. The New scheme was launched in September, and the registrations for the scheme has been continued till November 2016.
