Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Khunti- 1181 Given First Installment

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Khunti Block, Jharkhand is reported to be one the first rank in providing the benefit under Housing For All 2022 scheme. Block Development Officer cum trainee IAS Vijaya Jadhav has announced this on Monday 06th March 2017. He said, in Khunti Block a total of 1353 beneficiaries were registered for the benefit of the PM Awas Yojana.

Out of which 1306 beneficiaries have got geo tabs. 1181 beneficiaries have got Rs. 26,000 deposited in their bank account as the first installment of Housing for All scheme. Also, the second installment has been transferred to 85 beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Khunti.

PM Awas Yojana (PMAY) was started by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to provide low-cost houses to the people of the country. Under the scheme, the government aimed to offer houses to all by 2022 and announced to provide financial assistance of more than Rs. 1 lakh to all the beneficiaries.

Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Khunti Block, the government will provide drinking water facility, Electricity, Toilet, LPG Gas Connection under PM Ujjwala Yojana and also 90 days wages to the worker under MNREGA. Also, the government will not make bound if any of the beneficiary like to add is own amount along with PMAY financial assistance in the construction of the house.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Jamtara

The central government has announced to build houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Jamtara. In 14 different wards of the city Housing For All 2022 will be started. PM Awas Yojana is an ambitious scheme of Narendra Modi with a focus of Pucca Houses to all by 2022.

For successful implementation of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Jamtara, Board Chairman Virendra Mandal has set a meeting with local residents. In the meeting held in Ward No. 6, he informed people about the details and guidelines of PMAY.

He also said for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Jamtara Application form submission a team will be made. The member of the team will collect the PM Awas Yojana Form. It will work in the leadership of Ward Councilor.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced the scheme in 2015. PMAY will be going to completed in total three phase. The Second Phase of Housing for All Scheme 2022 will start from April 2017 to March 2019.

Under PM Awas Yojana an amount of 1.3 lakh will be provided to the beneficiaries to build Pucca houses. The financial help will be given in total five installments to the people applied for the scheme. The money will get directly transferred to the beneficiary account. After getting first installment, for second installment he/ she have to upload a photo construction progress and the same step will be performed for other installments. The amount will be given 30 first, 30 second, 30 third and 20-20 last two installments under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Jamtara.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Ranchi - 4.80 Lakh Houses Constructed

Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Ranchi, the central government has declared to provide 4.80 lakh LIG/ EWS houses to poor peoples of Ranchi. PM Awas Yojana (PMAY) is started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2015 with main objective to provide houses to people's till 2022. The scheme is also coined to be Housing For All (HFA) 2022.

Also in the session 2017-2018, the government focus to provide 16,422 houses as per Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rachi. According to reports, a total of 8 types housing projects will be constructed including hilly, flat, water and other areas. Under the affordable housing scheme, the government also announced to add MNREGA employees.

The central government will give a financial assistance of Rs. 1.8 lakh to every beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Ranchi. That is a crucial step by the government to make Housing For All 2022 a success.

Financial assistance will be given to the beneficiary in total five installments including 30-30 thousand in each installment.
