Day by day the number of degree holder students increased but the things they need for the job is skilled training. 80 % colleges and universities in India are not providing a skill based training during the time of pursuing they teaches only theoretical study material means they the educational institutions is working as the business. To improve the skilled knowledge and make students like as a professional person for the job. the government started a skill development programme to trained student properly for job called PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana). Under this training programme students to be trained for a skilled job in industries. NSDC is helped for this whole programme.
