Uttar Pradesh Government introduced official RERA website for the state & now become fourth one to do so. From 26th July onward, UP RERA Registration for Promoters, Projects & Agents can be done at http://www.up-rera.in/. Apart from registration of real estate people, consumers can also make complaint through the website.
Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority has been introduced in both Hindi and English version. Any of the interested can choose their preferred language by clicking English Version or हिंदी संस्करण from menu tab. On the same tab one can register himself or his project by following instructions given down.

Note: People who has registrated for promoters have not need to register for "Projects". They can register there project by simply logging in.

How to do UP RERA Registration Online?
- Open the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority official website at http://www.up-rera.in/
- For go to menu with orange background on top half
- And take your cursor to “registration” tab
- Now Choose your option “Promoters”, “Projects”, & “Agents”. As shown below
- After which a new window will open like below containing form
- Fill all the details accurately and correctly
- Afterward click at Preview Button
- Check your entered information is accurate or not
- Then click at Submit Button
- Your registration is now completed
