Saksham Haryana Registration for Science Graduates at hreyahs.gov.in

State government has started Saksham Haryana Registration for Science Graduate to provide Berozgari Bhatta for unemployed youth. Saksham Haryana Portal has been now opened to register online for getting the financial assistance from the government under the plan. Now  Unemployed graduates to get Rs 6,000 honorarium in the state.

Interested and eligible Science Graduates can visit hrex.org for candidate registration under Saksham Haryana Yojana. From 1^st April 2017 onwards it has begun for all the science graduates who are employed due to any reason.

Also, engineering students who do not have any source for financial gain or earning are also coming under the list to get Berozgari Bhatta from Haryana Government.

How to Apply Saksham Haryana Online?

• Open the link http://hreyahs.gov.in/parvesh.php


• Now Click on Signup/ register as shown below

• Now you are redirected to Saksham Haryana Registration. Select your qualification (Graduate (Science))


• Now Check the box on right of “You are registering for SAKSHAM YUVA Scheme– 2016”


• Then you are asked to “Are you Domicile of Haryana” Yes or No


• Now Enter you “Domicile Type” and DOB.


• Enter Aadhar Card Number


• अपने आप को रोजगार पंजीकरण के लिए org में रजिस्टर करो / Please Register yourself at hrex.org to get your Employment Registration no.


• Enter “Employment Registration no.” and Name of Employment Exchange where registered.


• Enter contact details including “Mobile Number” and “E-mail” address.

Eligibility Criteria of Saksham Haryana Yojana for Graduates

• He/ she should be a permanent resident of Haryana


• Bachelor of Science along with MATH subject as compulsory.


• Graduation & Diploma from Haryana government-affiliated university.


• Applicant annual family income should be less than 3 Lakh.


• 21 to 35 Years as the age limit for the scheme.


• He/she should not be working at any post in public and private sector. Also not doing any business.

Science Graduate Skills Development Allowance under Saksham Haryana Scheme will be Rs. 7500 that includes Berozgari Bhatta as Rs. 1500 and unemployed get Rs. 6000 honorarium in the state. The web portal is kept as the same for postgraduates.

HBH Scheme 2016 for Defence Personnel Last Date Extended

HBH Scheme for Defence Personnel: Housing Board Haryana has extended the last date of registration for Sector-31 Panchkula housing scheme for JCO and equivalent rank Ex-Defence & Para-Military Personnel to 28^th February 2017. Earlier the Defence housing scheme was launched in October 2016 and registration dates are set from 1^st November 2016 to 31^st January 2017.

Housing Board Haryana Panchkula Sec 31 has been providing 168 flats of which 111 are of flat type B and rest are of Type A.

HBH new scheme 2017 Type A Flats has 720 sq.ft super area with 2 bedroom, 1 drawing room, Kitchen, Bath and UC, Toilet, store, front and side balcony. HBH Type B flats have 645 sq.ft super area with 2 bedroom, 1 drawing room, Kitchen, front and side balcony.

• Last Date to apply: 28th February 2017

Who can apply?

• Applicant must have domicile of Haryana


• He should be at the designation of .C.O or equivalent rank in Army and Paramilitary Serviceman/Ex-Defence Personnel.


• Window and Orphans of the above rank can also apply.


• Only 1 applicant from the family can apply for HBH Panchkula Sec 31 flats scheme.


• Applicant who has benefited from any housing scheme from HBH and HUDA under category are not eligible.


• He/ She should show the certificate of JCO and equivalent rank.

How to apply

Applicants are only allowed to apply for the HBH Defence personal Scheme through offline mode. With the cost of Rs. 100 the brochure along with application form will be available at HBH Head Office Panchkula, Gurgaon, Rohtak and Faridabad. Cost the brochure is non-refundable.

Bank at which the HBH Scheme 2016 application form available are OBC Bank, Union Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Sarv Haryana Gramin Bank, Central Bank, State Bank of Patiala, State Bank of India, and Canara Bank.

After completing the details submit the application form at the same.
