HBH Scheme 2016 for Defence Personnel Last Date Extended

HBH Scheme for Defence Personnel: Housing Board Haryana has extended the last date of registration for Sector-31 Panchkula housing scheme for JCO and equivalent rank Ex-Defence & Para-Military Personnel to 28^th February 2017. Earlier the Defence housing scheme was launched in October 2016 and registration dates are set from 1^st November 2016 to 31^st January 2017.

Housing Board Haryana Panchkula Sec 31 has been providing 168 flats of which 111 are of flat type B and rest are of Type A.

HBH new scheme 2017 Type A Flats has 720 sq.ft super area with 2 bedroom, 1 drawing room, Kitchen, Bath and UC, Toilet, store, front and side balcony. HBH Type B flats have 645 sq.ft super area with 2 bedroom, 1 drawing room, Kitchen, front and side balcony.

Who can apply?

• Applicant must have domicile of Haryana


• He should be at the designation of .C.O or equivalent rank in Army and Paramilitary Serviceman/Ex-Defence Personnel.


• Window and Orphans of the above rank can also apply.


• Only 1 applicant from the family can apply for HBH Panchkula Sec 31 flats scheme.


• Applicant who has benefited from any housing scheme from HBH and HUDA under category are not eligible.


• He/ She should show the certificate of JCO and equivalent rank.

How to apply

Applicants are only allowed to apply for the HBH Defence personal Scheme through offline mode. With the cost of Rs. 100 the brochure along with application form will be available at HBH Head Office Panchkula, Gurgaon, Rohtak and Faridabad. Cost the brochure is non-refundable.

Bank at which the HBH Scheme 2016 application form available are OBC Bank, Union Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Sarv Haryana Gramin Bank, Central Bank, State Bank of Patiala, State Bank of India, and Canara Bank.

After completing the details submit the application form at the same.
