UIT Udaipur Lottery 2017 - 464 EWS Flat Scheme at Bedwas

Udaipur, Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) has come up with affordable housing scheme for EWS category of the society. UIT Udaipur Online application for the upcoming scheme has been started through official website at http://www.uitudaipur.org/ from 6^th February. Location of the scheme is at Bedwas, Satori Magri.

UIT Udaipur Lottery 2017 EWS

Economically weaker income group (EWS) of the applicant whose annual income is Rs. 1,50,000 / - or less, they are eligible for the UIT Udaipur Bedwas Awas Yojana. Application administrative fee to apply is Rs. 2000 will be only be submitted online. In case Lottery failed /canceled applicants administrative fees Rs. 2000 / - will not be refunded.

Successful applicants in the lottery Application will have 06-03-2017 at 05:00 a.m. as deadline to apply for UIT Udaipur New Housing Scheme 2017. All the original documents relating to the holding of eligibility (based cards, caste, income, domicile and reservation) will be verified at Udaipur opening Lottery Trust Office, within 30 Day. Eligibility will be determined soon thereafter.

UIT Udaipur EWS Awas Yojana

Under the UIT Udaipur Lottery 2017, a total of 464 EWS flats are constructed in G+3 type building and have estimated area of 355.51 square feet. Price of flats under new housing project 2017 is set as Rs. 4,19,900/- per unit

Who Can Apply or Eligible Applicants

• Applicant annual income should be Rs. 1,50,000 or less.


• He/she should have domicile of Rajasthan.


• Applicant complete age should be 18 year.


• He/ She should belong to EWS Section of the society.

How to Apply

1. Open the direct page of UIT Udaipur lottery 2017 at http://www.uitudaipur.org/lottery/index.php


2. Click on “Apply Now” option


3. Read the information carefully


4. If eligible, enter your Mobile Number to get OTP. Select the box below “मैंने सभी शर्ते पढ़ ली हैं एवं मुझे उक्त सभी शर्ते स्वीकार हैं |”


5. Click Submit.


6. Now a new screen will open asking for OTP. Enter the OTP number received on Mobile Number.


7. UIT Udaipur Lottery 2017 Online Application Form will open. Enter Personal Details, Address and other other asked.


8. Upload Photo (20 to 100 KB) and Signature (10KB to 50KB)


9. In the “Decleration Box” enter income. Now select “इस ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में अंकित उक्त समस्त तथ्य एवं घोषणाओं को मैंने सावधानीपूर्वक…….”


10. Select On submit.
