My Hospital / Mera Aspataal Yojana U.P

In My Hospital Scheme Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) has been used to get feedback about the treatment and facilities they are getting in hospitals. In this plan, a team will be formed, who will provide facilities to the hospital after hearing the grievances of the patient and provide satisfaction on the non-availability of facilities.

Under Mera Aspataal Yojana Uttar Pradesh, the patient will have to enter his mobile number at the time of registration in his OPD. The number you have entered will be later written on My Hospital Scheme web portal. After this Interactive Voice Response System will call patient and get information about the hospital facilities they availed in Hospital.
For information about the proper satisfaction, the patient has to press 1, while in the case of dissatisfaction press 2.

My Hospital / Mera Aspataal Yojana will be implemented in 30 hospitals of Uttar Pradesh, from which first place will be implemented in Lohia Lucknow Civil and later Balrampur Hospital. Some cities of the city have been selected to start this scheme; Such as:
