Under National Family Benefit Scheme, Department of Social Welfare Delhi gives a financial help of Rs. 10,000 to beneficiaries. NFBS Scheme covers bereaved family in case of death of breadwinner in a household. The person who earns money to support their family or dies age must be in between 18 to 60 years.  Delhi Family Benefit Scheme also provides financial assistance in case the breadwinner of the family is women too.

Eligibility Criteria of NFBS Scheme Delhi

Benefit of the programme is given on the basis of criteria listed down.

• Age of person dies or bread-winner in between 18 to 64 Years.


• Applying candidate family income should not be more than Rs. 60,00 per annum.


• The only Resident of NCT of Delhi can apply.
