Apun Ghar Housing Loan scheme have been targeting to offer around 10,000 by May 2018. To make project successful, the state government has signed up a MoU with State Bank of India. So, home loans will be made available at highly subsidized interest rates under the Apun Ghar Scheme Assam.
Both men and women employees of Assam Government can apply for the new loan scheme. An amount of 15 lakh will be given for 20 years with interest rate of 5% for women. While male employees will have to pay a little higher as 5.5% for the amount.
Apun Ghar loan Scheme Application forms
For getting the loan under the plan applicants need not visit State Bank Branch, they can simply fill the application form with correct information and submit it to drawing and disbursing officer of their district.
Apun Ghar registrations will be only done through offline mode at present. Online applications will be not available. Once the forms will be available we upload them here as soon as possible.

Apun Ghar Scheme Eligibility Criteria
All the state government employees can apply for getting the loan under for purchasing houses. Employees belong to lower income group (LIG) will be eligible for Apun Ghar Home Loan Scheme.
- Age of the applicant should be 21 years or more.
- Residual service of minimum 5 years
