PM Awas Yojana- 2146 Flats Will Build Soon by LDA on Lucknow

LDA stand for Lucknow development authority is going to construct 2146 new flats under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. This houses will be built for the people who have low-income group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS). The government will start working on the project very soon.

The for Lucknow development authority build these flats near Kanpur highway. Here a government airport also passed by the UP government so the authority wants that the slum people grow themselves before the airport project came to start. So LDA works for the poor people. LDA invest on this project 350 crores and the remaining money spends by the central government.

The remaining flats along with 1277(EWS and LIG) flats will be distributed on the basis of  ”Pahle Aao Pahle Pao”  and lucky draw system.

The registration fee of 11000 rs and 2100 rs will be taken by the government to book the flat or in participating in lucky draw system. The total cost of the flat will be approx 11.30 lac Rupees.

The registration will starts in the month of April 2017.
