Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2017-18 - Class 2 Ownwards

Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2017-18 for Class 2 and above will be going to start from 5^th April 2017. The last date for Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission Form is set as 18^th April. So interested parents can apply online and make his/her child a part of KV Sangathan. Kendriya Vidyalaya Online Admission Form 2017-18 will be compulsory to fill for taking admission in the school.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2017-18 Schedule for Class 2 to Class 9

• Online Registration for Class 2 and above (Except 11^th ) begin from 05^th April 2017.


• Last Date of Registration for Class 2 and above will be 18^th April 2017.


• Declaration Lottery Result List on 25^th April 2017.


• Admission of Session 2017-18 for Class 2 and above from 26^th April to 5^th May 2017

KVS Online Admission Form 2017-18

Online application for class 2 onwards will be available at admission.kvs.gov.in from 05-04-2017. KVS admission 2017-18 the last date for submitting online application form is 18-04-2017. The authority there will be no test conducted for admission, while it has to be done on the priorty basis. In case number of application will be more than in a total number of seats available in classes, than KVS Admission 2017-18 Lottery List will be conducted for selection. Moreover, the process will be applicable for admission to Class 2 to Class 8.

While Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2017-18 will be made on the basis of a test conducted on the school's premises for admission. After admission test students will be selected on the basis priority and merit list.

Note: All the above mention should be as per age on 31^st March 2017 of the child taking admission.

Age Limit/ Relaxations: 

• For handicapped students, age relaxation of 2 Years is given.


• No age limit for students taking admission in 10 class.


• No limit on age for the student seeking admission in 12^th Class in Kendriya Vidyalaya.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission for Reserved Category 2017-18

Parents looking for admission of the child in the school and belong to any of KVS Reservation category list including SC/ST will get the benefit as given below:

• EWS Reservation is 25 percent


• SC candidates will get 15%.


• ST will get 7.5 percent


• And Handicapped Students will get the reservation of 3 percent.

5. Service certificate (Permanent Emp- if applicable)


6. Employee service identity card(if applicable)


7. Handicapped Certificate in case of any disability.
