Delhi Development Authority will soon be going expected to launch DDA Housing Scheme 2017 that is waiting list of people from a long time. As per reports after the successful completion of Delhi Municipal Corporation elections, the DDA will launch the scheme.

Their year chance of online DDA Housing Scheme Application Form filling is more along with offline submission for it. Also, the authority has the partnership with 8 banks including private and govt. While earlier DDA has tied up with 13 banks for 2014 housing Scheme.

DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Application form Price

At present, there has been no official news from the government about the brochure price for 2017. Moreover, in case you are filling the application form online for DDA Upcoming Scheme, then you have to pay the amount after submitting the application.

Note: In case you are looking to apply for DDA Flat Scheme 2017, then it is important to know you cannot surrender the possession. As in such case, your all registration amount will not get refunded from the authorities.

• 2 lakh for HIG and MIG category


• 1 lakh for EWS and LIG category

In the scheme, around 13 thousand flats will be available for which applications will get submitted. Also, more number of flats will be the 1BHK category and most of them were surrendered applicants of DDA Housing Scheme 2017.
