Tamilnadu Green Housing Scheme 2016-17 Kanyakumari- 322 Houses Allotment

Tamil Nadu Government Free Housing Scheme 2017- State government has announced Tamilnadu Green Housing Scheme for the allotment of 322 houses in Kanyakumari. The main highlight of the affordable housing scheme 2017 is that the houses will be made with solar power installation. Under Chief Minister's Solar Powered Greenhouse Scheme 2017, a total of 2.1 lakh financial assistance will be given out which 1.8 lakh for building houses and 30,000 for the solar power plant.

Under Tamilnadu Green Housing Scheme 2017, the beneficiary who are currently living in mud houses will get the amount to build concrete houses.

• Applicant should belong to concerned district


• He/She should have at least 300 square feet land on his/her name.

Under Tamil Nadu Solar Powered Green House Scheme, in rural areas of the state government will provide financial help to make the concerte house in Tamilnadu free houses plan. Also under the planned government has announced to build around 60,000 houses every year.

Collector Sajjansingh R. Chavan said a special gram sabha meeting will be conducted to finalize beneficiaries in all the 95 village panchayats at 11 a.m. on Friday. In Green House scheme 206-17, 322 beneficiaries will be selected from Kanyakumari for the allotment financial help under the project.
