Eligibilty Criteria
- A Citizen of India (Except NRI Category)
- Minimum age 18 years on date of submission of application.
- He/ She or his/ her spouse or any minor child (less than 18) does not own any residential plot/ house/ flat in ADA/ PUDA Urban Estate.
- Applicant under reserve category must not have availed benefit of allotment of apartment/ house/ flat under any reserved category in any scheme of any government.
How to Apply, Draw Date, Mode of Intimation and Waiting List
Applicants can apply ADA Amritsar New Urban Estate Batala Housing Scheme online at http://www.adaamritsar.gov.in. An applicant applying online can send the registration amount through RTGS/NEFT in ADA’s Account with HDFC Bank after downloading the challan from http://www.adaamritsar.gov.in. Any NRI candidate applying may sent the amount through SWIFT. No Documents will be submitted with PUDA/ADA Housing Scheme 2017 at Batala. While self certification in application form is must.
ADA Amristar Draw Result 2017 for New Urban Estate Batala Housing Scheme will be conducted at Community Centre, Urban Estate Quadian Road, Batala. In case number of applicants more than number of applications submitted than ADA Amritsar Online Lottery Draw Result will be conducted and uploaded on the official website at
