J&K Police Admit Card 2017 for Physical Test

Here, a good news for the candidate who applied for the constable (Armed Police, IRP Battalions, Executive Police) post in Jammu and Kashmir. Recently Jammu and Kashmir police department declare admit card for the physical fitness test/ Physical Endurance Test. Last year Jammu and Kashmir police were announced for recruitment of 5,381 Armed Police, IRP Battalions, Executive Police constable post.

A large number of applicants applied for this post in Jammu and Kashmir. To shortlist from these Physical Endurance Test will be conducted by the police department and qualify candidate will go for further activities like written test and interview.

Qualifying criteria for Physical Endurance Test:-

For male candidates- 1600 meter in 6 Minute

For female candidates-1000 meter in 6 minute

Push-ups (for male candidates)-20

Shot-put (for female candidates)- 14.6 feet in three attempts.

The physical fitness test/ Physical Endurance Test will be conducting on 20 March to 21 April 2017 district wise.
